“Very good but with a suspicious ask”
+The location is so good, very close to the most colorful part of the city. The breakfast was great with so many options. I am not fan of the continental breakfast with so many sweet stuff. They had many other options to compensate. I had smart tv in the room to connect to Netflix, YouTube etc. That's something many other hotels miss in Lisbon.
−The building is quite old, that's why they had a very small 2-person elevator which make you wait for others. They should provide a shoehorn next to the door. I didn't understand why they asked my credit card number and date while checking in. The receptionist woman said it was for the possible damage after leaving but this is the first time a hotel asks me something like that.

“Staff were very nice and breakfast was very good.”
+Location. Very convenient to everything
−Our room was in poor condition. No room for our luggage Had to crawl over bed @ times to get to bathroom. Sink was ridiculously narrow - could bump face trying to wash face or teeth

+Everything about this property was top notch. Breakfast was excellent, location was walkable to everything and after exploring the city for a week, I would return to this exact location when I return because it truly is in the heart of everything. Rooms were so comfortable, great AC, nice bathroom products, and doors to streets were extremely soundproof. Staff were fantastic. Truly 10/10 property and could not recommend enough.
−Nothing!
