+Great stay. Even though the hotel is a bit old dated, the managers do an amazing job in keeping it. They make their best to satisfy the customers’ needs. The hotel is close enough to the city’s historic center, so you can even walk there. My only recommendation would be to change the stairs’ carpet.

“Worst experience”
+Staff don’t speak english and was not helpful at all. During first day the toilet in our room broken because some other guest before us threw something. Later it was only worse with toilet and communication. They did not fix it for 4 days. Staff was rude and was screaming on us. Room was Old and very noisy. Plus for everyday cleaning. Worst Travel experience so far.

“Excelente hotel no Porto”
Super recomendo.
