“Location was decent, the room was clean, but not a great value.”
+It was clean.
−The lack of customer service in instructing us of our room location. Our room was in a building away from the reception desk and we were verbally told where it might be. Until we had someone escort us, there was no way we could have found it on our own.

+Great location, very zen.
−As older people we found the futon bed a little hard to get up and down to

“Great, but not good value.”
+We had the penthouse apartment, which was okay..... minimalist but not that practical, couldn't stand up at night.
−It was overpriced. Previously we had stayed in better accommodations for a lot less.
