−The proximity to the railway which we only discovered when in the room but the noise wasn't too bad and didn't disrupt our sleep.

“Great room in the heart of the action”
+The property is very close to shops and restaurants and very close to the train station that makes traveling to major sites very easy. The bed was one of the best i have ever slept in and the mini bar was well stocked and reasonable prized. Our room had two balconies one facing the street with a table for your morning coffee and one at the back facing mount Vesuvius that make for great pictures. The room was very comfortable and very clean and the window shutters helped block out the sun for a bit of a lay in. We needed a lift to the airport and the owner Sebastiano was very happy to take us for a reasonable fee. Make sure you bring cash to pay the city tax before you can get your room key. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again. Thanks for a fantastic first experience of Pompei!
−Maybe a wardrobe will be handy to unpack your clothes if you stay for a week. It is also close to the train line but it did not bother us at all but worth a mention.

+Room is brand new and very clean, large shower. Comfortable bed. Short walk to restaurants and Pompeii park.
−No elevator if you have heavy bags. Three short flights of stairs. It wasn't an issue with us and we highly recommend this place.

“Our reluctant return to Italy after 35 years”
+Though I hadn't worked with this contactless check in before, the staff responded well and quickly to my inquiries. We used WhatsApp, which I downloaded. Still miss seeing and talking to people when I come and go, but otherwise a very good experience! The entrance to archeological park was maybe a bit further than I expected.
−In general, people around the town were not helpful in so many ways. We couldn't get clear answers about the shuttle bus between entrances -- and often felt we were 'being a bother ' by staff within the park, etc. It was something we began to expect -- inaccuracy, uncertainty, and even rudeness. Ah well, American s aren't all that well behaved, either.

“Clean, comfortable and convenient”
+Good location and you can walk to everything you need / Pompei entrance / main square easily. Very clean place with large, comfortable bed and good pillows, large rooms with black out blinds. Good bathroom and nice towels. Looks recently renovated so it's all brand new. It's on the first floor so you need to carry your cases up a flight of stairs.
−You need to pay cash for the city tax on arrival Odd instructions to get in and had to speak on the phone to the host to be let in - make sure you have a good phone / wifi connection / power etc The noise from outside the building The trainline runs close by so you can hear it - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

“Siamo stati benissimo!”
+Appartamento molto bello, nuovissimo, sistemato in modo molto piacevole. Tutto: dal salottino al bagno alla camera da letto, che e' molto bella e grande. Il letto e' comodissimo. La posizione e' perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il centro in un attimo e il sito archeologico in pochissimi minuti.
−Volendo essere pignoli: la casa si trova nelle immediate vicinanze delle vie pedonali del centro, in una strada laterale che non gode della stessa estetica. Il treno che passa sul retro ogni tanto si fa un po' sentire.

+Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati benissimo! La struttura era pulitissima, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire a nostro agio fin da subito. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, assolutamente consigliato!
