+It is a good place to stay, super central right next to the plaza. Staff is very helpful, I booked two tours via them and everything worked fine. It was sometimes a bit noisy (when you want to sleep early because of a tour), but thats normal in a hostel. It would be great to have a small table in the room to put some things there.

“Avoid if you value good wifi and honest staff”
+Location is convenient.
−Decided to provide review because if I had known how awful my experience would be I would have booked another place and saved a lot of stress. I booked a private suite and the WiFi is not close to adequate for video calls or using social media but moreover is often not available at all in the room. The manager came and immediately blamed me and my computer for not connecting well to WiFi even though my phone and his phone also had the same problem. Then told me it’s my fault that I never told him I needed WiFi (the booking listing states High Speed available). And when I told him I will just leave then (my booking is partially refundable, only one night charge as per listed on policy); he offered me the use of the conference room downstairs which does have its own reliable WiFi network. I accepted the alternative and used the room on occasion when I needed WiFi although he refused to let me use AC or lights. However after two days he told me I’m no longer welcome in the room and so when I checked out one day early he claimed a deadline had now passed so he can keep the money for the unused night. Fortunately I had enough flexibility in my budget to leave that toxic environment. I h

“Excelente!”
+La amabilidad del personal es una de mis cosas favoritas pero la ubicación es excelente. No hay necesidad de movilizarse en vehículo para recorrer La Calzada o lugares de interés ya que todo queda súper cerca. 100% recomendado.
−Todo está bien.
