“Disappointing and dirty bathroom, the drains are blocked with so much hair in the plugs 🤢”

−It’s a room in a great location everything else is laughable, we waited outside after we arrived for over an hour as no information on how to access the property where given, we were on the verge of booking somewhere else. Anyways if you want a simple bed and a great location this is for you, but for the same price around the corner it’s much better select Via Vento we stayed there last time and unfortunately I forgot to book the same hotel.

−Absolute disgrace!!! Do not stay here if you want to have a nice stay and someone around to help with any issues! With regards to reviews, there are some bad ones on here as it is, but I always take the good with the bad and just think sometimes people are being picky, the place is having an off day, you're not in your room for that long, but honestly, to anyone reading these reviews, that bad really does outweigh the good on this occasion. If I could give a 0 star review I would. It doesn't deserve 1 star and it's definitely not a 3 star establishment. More so for the people than the building, they did not help matters at all. We booked for 3 nights, Sunday till Wednesday whilst the room was ok, the facilities were not! The shower didn't work properly. It had a removable shower head placed about 3 feet up the wall and one above. The one above didn't work at all and the one on the wall just sprayed a powerful stream of water at you, so you couldn't shower properly.. my first thought was that this wouldn't be so bad, I could at least hold it over me to wash my hair/body, I was wrong. It was too powerful to do so. When there was hot water it was too hot, or it was just freezing cold!

−PESSIMO! Non prenotate! Siamo state per 3 giorni senza acqua, senza nessuna assistenza. Non c’è manutenzione, pulizia, nulla! Non ti rispondono a telefono se hai un problema.

−Cattivo odore sia all’entrata del palazzo che nella stanza, bagno che cadeva a pezzi, macchinetta del caffè senza cialde, 3 tazze per 4 persone e 1 solo biscotti. Le briciole invece erano tra le lenzuola!!!!

“Péssimo!”
−Colocaram-nos num quarto pior do que foi reservado. Como não tem receção aberta contactei o alojamento por mensagem e nunca me apresentaram uma solução. Avisei que o mini bar não funcionava e nada fizeram. Fiz um pedido para ter uma manta mais quente na cama e ignoraram. Péssima estadia. Quarto sujo com cheiro a humidade.
