+I loved the digital key check-on! Downstairs a comfy lounge to relax with a vending and coffee machine close by! All in all good experience.. would stay here here again!

−Of course, I read the reviews before booking, but we didn’t have much time to choose. This place had instant confirmation, and for some reason I thought we wouldn’t have the same problems as everyone else. I thought, how hard could it be? We’d figure it out. Well, just a couple of hours before our check-in, the hotel’s system broke down. First, we couldn’t get into the building because the door code didn’t work. Then we couldn’t get into our room. And of course, just like everyone mentioned in the reviews, it’s almost impossible to reach anyone by phone. Everyone is trying to get into their rooms, and the calls keep getting disconnected. We also came as a couple and specifically booked a room with one double bed. But instead, we got two separate single beds. When we asked about it, they told us they don’t even have double beds at all. Apparently, every room has separate beds. So why let people book a double bed in the first place? As for the room itself, there’s basically nothing in it except a bed. No kettle, no tea, not even a single spoon. No microwave, no fridge, not even shelves for your clothes. The neighborhood also feels pretty sketchy. I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortabl

“Horrendous, do not book”

−Booking error meant we had the wrong dates, they wouldn't change date by one day, even though they had space, nor would they give money back. We changed our plans to go. We booked parking via booking.com and they didn't honour it, wanting extra €25. No staff present either. Security is poor, which needs drastic improvement given the area and associated warnings of parking ones car on the roadside. Rooms baron, with kettle to boil water in reception only. Recommendation. Dont bother, steer clear, and be a lot safer

+Absolutely nothing. This hotel should not be operating.
−Everything. Lack of staff, lack of security, no reception. Heating and hot water did not work. And to top it off we had somebody set a fire extinguisher off in the middle of the night, everyone had to evacuate.

+Le check in à distance se fait très bien.
−Le lit double était en fait deux lits simples collés ensemble, mais très instables. Chaque fois que je bougeais, les deux lits se séparaient, si bien que j’ai failli tomber entre les matelas à un moment. Aussi, la fenêtre avait été laissée ouverte avant mon arrivée, et il devait y avoir une dizaine de moustiques dans la chambre. J’ai passé la semaine à me faire piquer.

“Mauvaise expérience. A éviter”

−Il n'y a aucun personnel sur place tout est digitalisé.. Ça aurait pu etre une bonne idée mais en vrai c'est une très mauvaise idée pour un hôtel. A 2h30 du matin alarme incendie tout le monde est évacué a l'extérieur. Les pompiers n'ont pas pu faire les contrôles rapides car il n'y a avait aucun personnel et donc on ne pouvait ouvrir certaines portes. Au final la ou cela aurait pris 10 min ça a pris 40 min dans la nuit. C'était une très mauvaise expérience ma pire expérience de ces 5 dernières années. Pour l'enregistrement en amont de na réservation ils nous envoient un lien ou transmettre sa pièce d'identité et photo. Mais je n'ai pas réussi a me connecter et donc stress de ne pouvoir accéder a ma clef digital. Pour les personnes âgées ou pas a l'aise avec le numérique hotel à ne pas recommander.
