“disappointing”
+The location was good.
−When I arrived (before 9 pm) there was no-one really there to check me in. One man who worked the food truck in the front yard let me in and showed me the room; and it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. The manager's phone didn't work (I never in fact saw him or her). After a while someone did offer to clean and make up the room, which took a while, but was satisfactory. The wifi did not work in the room.

Hair all over the floor + beds and rubbish from previous guests. Whole building was too noisy couldn’t sleep till 1 coz of music around the area. On top noise inside the building. Apart from the cleaning issue - good location.

−Le responsable ne répondait pas à nos messages et nous nous sommes retrouvés, à la dernière minute et en plein week-end, contraints de trouver une autre chambre ailleurs. Cette situation nous a causé beaucoup de stress et de désagréments. De plus nous avons été débité une semaine avant donc nous avons été contrainte de payer 2 chambres dans la même ville. Plusieurs commentaires signalent déjà ce type de problème sur Booking.com, et pourtant l’établissement est toujours proposé à la réservation. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il reste disponible sur la plateforme alors que manifestement, les réservations ne sont pas toujours honorées. Une situation particulièrement décevante, surtout lorsque l’on réserve en faisant confiance à Booking.com.

−Non c'era nessuno al check-in. Le camere, quando ci hanno consegnato le chiavi, non erano state pulite, con capelli e asciugamani sporchi per terra. Tornati da cena, le camere erano state "pulite": asciugamani puliti ma sporchi, lenzuola sporche, capelli nello scarico della doccia e niente carta igienica.

+Posizione ottimale in una via di localini con musica live, vista fiume,con salotto e cucina in comune molto carino. letto comodo, camera luminosa
−Mancava la carta igienica sia nel bagno in camera che in quello in comune e non c'era personale a cui chiedere. c'era solo asciugamano e noi eravamo in 2. Non abbastanza pulito per entrare tranquillamente scalzi. Rubinetto mezzo rotto.

−Wij waren hier om in te checken. Er was niemand aanwezig, en ook niet bereikbaar via het telefoon nummer. Ga hier niet heen. Er is geen contact te krijgen met de personen. Het is zoals je in de reviews leest vaker gebeurd en ons ook overkomen. Dit verblijf zou eraf gehaald moeten worden.

+La situation de l'hôtel au bord de la rivière.. hôtel très calme avec une salle commune au premier étage très agréable avec vue sur la rivière Chambre confortable
−Personne à la réception . On avait l'impression d'être seul dans l'hôtel.. Aucune possibilité d'avoir des renseignements..personne à la réception sauf un ami du proprio qui venait très rarement Mauvaise gestion...les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas ainsi que deux prises sur trois Pas de papier toilette Pas de produits dans la salle de bain
