“Not likely to return.”
−The hotel needs to be either remodeled or demolished. Completely run down, holes in walls, electrical outlets missing and bare wires hanging out, water damage on the ceiling. You had to call to get someone to check in or check out and then it took them 20 minutes to get there.

“Next time I'll spend more and hope for better elsewhere.”
+Location was good for us. The beach was a short walk, as were some decent places to eat. Front desk personnel was pleasant.
−This room was horrid. There were holes in the walls, broken fixtures, a rusted microwave, a fridge containing something long dead and decayed, rock hard beds, and a pervasive and powerful mildew smell. Couldn't get the wi-fi to work, either. I wasn't expecting much for what we paid and was still thoroughly disappointed. The pictures on the booking site were not at all what we experienced. We didn't even unpack because we didn't want our clothes contacting any of the surfaces. It's one thing for a property to be old and perhaps outdated. Neglect, however, is a whole other issue. Perhaps our room was just anomaly. I'm not typically one who leaves a bad review, but this is possibly the biggest booking letdown I've ever experienced.

+I liked it because it is super close to the beach, it was comfortable and clean.
−Some TV channels didn’t work, and we wanted to use the pool but it looked a little dirty. The rest is fine.
