+Good location - near Glacier National Park. Good customer service and communication from owner. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. The studio was stocked well. Close to the Kalispell (FCA) airport and The Sharing Shack in Columbia Falls, MT (where we picked up free/donated supplies).
−We stayed in the Blue Bird Studio. We had a problem with the toilet not flushing after the second day. Plunger did not work - dry rotted. Husband fixed the toilet and owner delivered new plunger. Owner responded immediately to our issue and the plunger was dropped off within an hour. Bed was EXTREMELY noisy just getting in and out of it.

+Close to Glacier and had a portable AC which was much needed!!! The pillows were very comfortable.
−I felt it was over priced for what it was. The TV was only streaming, so I couldn't get local news or weather forecasts. Need better curtains to block out the light.

+Great location. The cleaner was friendly. (No reception.)
−Very rustic room. Bed very small and squeaky, blinds did not keep out any light, outside stairs were wooden and didn't feel safe when wet, no sound insulation so the train hooting woke us up, air con was a portable unit and very noisy.

“Great place to stay near the park. Short drive into main entrance. Comfortable bed and small kitchen”
+Proximity to park was ideal. About six minutes to park entrance. Although not far off road, could not really hear the traffic which dwindles overnight anyway. Couldn't rate staff because never saw any. Did contact the manager/owner with a question and they were very responsive. Overall, very quiet and nice.
−Didn't have any complaints, although we were not aware maid service would not happen. Plenty of towels and no need for the maid so no isue.

“Clean, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located - I would highly recommend to anyone visiting GNP”
+Great location, well-kept, comfortable bed, good amenities. Staff was helpful when our reservation at Many Glacier Hotel was cancelled due to flooding at the last minute.
−Nothing.
