9.0+This place is a slice of heaven. The staff were so friendly and practiced Spanish with us. We did the llama walk and had a fantastic time. We also got to see a llama sheer. The food is great and we were lucky that the other guests were friendly. The hot chocolate at sunset is a nice surprise as well.
−It can be hard to sleep due to the changing temperature and number of layers on the bed!

10.0+The location is simply amazing. The room was clean and tidy, and on a clear night, you can see more stars than you could ever imagine. Since it gets quite cold at night, they provide extra blankets and hot water bottles in the bed, which were very much appreciated. The staff are incredibly friendly and give you the warmest welcome. We arrived later than expected due to a delay, and they kindly kept the kitchen open for an extra 30 minutes just for us. The food was excellent! My girlfriend and I ordered the lomo and pollo, and both dishes were incredibly tasty, juicy, and beautifully presented. Overall, a wonderful experience, and a place we'd definitely recommend!
−Nothing, everything was excellent.

10.0“We savored the views & good vibes and were so happy we stayed more than one night!”
+My husband and I LOVED the off-the-beaten path location. The novelty of the glass dome structures and views are amazing, as noted by all who've stayed there. The bed is super comfortable, warmed by hot water bottles (so cozy!). We stayed two nights and highly recommend to others to stay more than one night, too. There is plenty to see and do (or not do) onsite, as well as in nearby Chinchero. The first night we arrived as it was getting dark, having come straight from seeing Machu Picchu, and were immediately invited to the common lodge area for hot chocolate, followed a little later by a delicious dinner. We were treated the next morning to an amazing sunrise and breakfast (freshly squeezed juice, scrambled eggs, bread rolls and offerings of coffee and tea). We opted to do the two-hour llama walk led by Caesar, the chef and our primary contact during our stay. At first it seemed silly to don a traditional poncho and hat for the walk, but somehow they added to the magical experience of leading llamas through the farmland to the ruins as Caesar pointed out various things along the way. In the afternoon, Caesar helped us arrange a taxi to take us into the village center, Chinchero ha

8.0“Unique view & engagement with alpacas”
+Special experience. Beautiful view, real fun and close interaction with the alpacas and lamas which simply stand in front of your room in the morning. We went for a nice short hike with phenomenal view on the sacred valley. Tasty dinner. The staff is really nice and helped us organize transfers to the next hotel and recommended a few walks in the area.
−Based on the other reviews we decided for two nights. However, we left after the first night already. I still recommend coming here since its a nice experience, but one night might be sufficient.. - its quite high and for us, altitude sickness kicked in - the glass rooms are heating up in the day (no curtains to protect from the sun), so there is no real ability to relax in the room, especially not on the bed. Also outside it was too windy to stay, so if you wanted to read or chill you had to go to the common area. - there is not so much to do and the offered activities are really expensive. Tipp: We ended up with a driver (not tour) to the next hotel which stopped at a few places along the way (morray, maras,..). This was really great and much cheaper than the tours offered initially.

10.0“Enchanted stay in clouds”
+A magical stay near the clouds! Near Cusco, this stay was on my bucketlist of places to stay in Peru. I made sure to book during a full moon, and laying in my comfy bed (it's so cold at night, but you get a hot water bottle that keeps you nice and toasty during the mountains of covers they provide (there was also a heater you can use but I did not need it). Waking up to the alpacas and llamas grazing in your patio is a treat I'll always carry close to my heart. The whole family who runs the place were so incredible and offered lots of things to do (or nothing at all) in the mountains overlooking the whole valley beneath us.
−Solar power means you need to charge everything during day, but it was not a problem for me at all. It's also pretty high in the altitude (higher than Cusco), so take it easy or make sure to take precautions before going up. They did have coca leaves and tea that helped me a ton.

10.0“Must-visit place”
+We absolutely loved our stay at Sky Dome! The location is incredible, with breathtaking views, Inca ruins nearby, and hardly another tourist in sight. Our hosts, Joel and Cidelia, were so warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We also loved the alpaca tour, it was definitely one of the highlights of our entire trip to Peru. It's a must-visit place if you're in Cusco.
−The uber/taxi can be a bit pricey, but that's the outside of the hotel control and still worth it.
