“I never stayed there, but I paid for it. Horrible!”
+I like the fact that they accepted my booking.
−I did not like the fact that they were overbooked and stole my money. I was phoned by the owner and informed that there was a double booking. When I asked how they would refund me, she said there is nothing she can do. All she had to do was accept the refund request or commit to paying me back as soon as she received my money from booking.com.

“Sklipadvlei: a hidden gem”
+The room was lovely with every little detail taken care of. The kitchenette is actually built in to cupboard space, so when you close the doors you feel as if you are in a lovely hotel room. The hosts were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Would definitely go back there again.
−There wasn't Private parking available as advertised. On the street safe parking was available. There was no mention that the room was up a flight of stairs. The ad needs an update.

“Bad”
+Nothing
−The fact that I was told by the staff that it was a double booking and unfortunately they cannot assist me. I was standing outside and they phoned me and told me this over the phone. They did not had the decency to tel me face to face. Absolutely disgusting way of canceling one minute before I had to check in. Luckily I got helped by Laaiplek Hotel with a place to sleep atherwice my trip would have been a desaster.
