“It served its purpose, decent bed and ok shower.”
+The location and size of the room.
−A little dated and tired shower, rotten bathroom door frame, poor room facilities for tea and coffee, street noise, safe deposit box was very small and fixed down which meant it was unsafe and not used.

“Great Location for a city trip in spacious and beautiful rooms. Quality of the stay improvable”
+Great Location and extremely spacious and beautiful bedrooms in a Studio With 2 seperate bedrooms and Joint Bath and ancient furniture Extra large TV flatscreens with seperate streaming Services per bedroom. Uncomplicated online Check in and Check out Grocery Shops just Next door With daily opening hours Till late evening.
−No fridges in the rooms. Only complimentary Tea , but no coffee or free water. Breakfast options at nearby café have been extremely limited on the Weekend. No fruits available at all. Official prices without booking.com Discounts not worth the price even during low season. Balcony very dirty and not cleaned..also rooms have not been cleaned and no fresh towels provided. Receptionist never showed up personally.

“Very unpleasant and disappointed!”
+The room is spacious, location is ok, parking is convenient
−No communication, the contact number is wrong listed on the booking. com. Since we are a bit late to reach the accommodation, nobody helps us to get into the accommodation until we were seeking for the help from police. No response on time, very unpleasant experience!

“Exceptional”
+The accomodation itself makes you feel like you're in a museum. The ceiling is definitely the most spectacular element. The host is very kind and helpful. We communicated very well with her during our stay. You will feel very safe there, as no one can enter the building or even the elevator without a PIN code. The breakfast at the restaurant nearby pleasantly surprised us and the beds were very comfortable as well.

“Exceptional”
+Ultra-central location, spectacular, large and very clean rooms. Noemi was very nice with us, even though we didn't meet, all the details were clear and her directions helped us a lot. we are grateful that they let us check out late. We will come back.
−breakfast was at a nearby bar and the staff does not clearly explain what you can order and what is included, they are quite careless with the guests, but the food was very good.
