+Clean rooms, located right by the sea, with only a 3-minute walk to the beach. The rooms have comfortable beds with good-quality mattresses.
−There were several serious issues that made our stay very unpleasant: 1. The beach and pool are only open until 6 p.m. This means that if you want to enjoy the sea or the pool, you can only do so during the hottest hours of the day. After 6 p.m., these facilities are closed. 2. You cannot bring your own food or drinks to the beach. Even if you simply want to have a fresh juice, you are not allowed to bring one from outside. On the beach, you can only order food and drinks from the hotel’s restaurant. 3. The biggest problem was the noise. It was extremely difficult to sleep. There was loud music and noise both at this hotel and at neighboring hotels, with “parties” continuing until midnight or even 1 a.m. The rooms have virtually no soundproofing, so you can hear everything. After three sleepless nights, we simply could not take it anymore. Even sleeping in the morning was difficult because the doors slam incredibly loudly every time someone leaves their room , the noise would literally make us jump out of bed. 4. The way our situation was handled by management was very disappointing. After three nights with almost no sleep, we decided to move to another hotel and asked for a refund

“Excellent value with fantastic staff”
+This hotel definitely deserves more than its official 2-star rating,in my opinion, it’s closer to a 4-star experience. The rooms are well equipped, cleaned daily, and although a little small, they have comfortable beds, a balcony, complimentary beach towels, and fresh bottled water provided every day. The hotel also has its own swimming pool and a private beach area with plenty of sunbeds, so there’s no need to wake up early to reserve one. Guests also receive a 10% discount at the beach bar and restaurant. The biggest highlight was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money, and I would happily stay here again.
−The breakfast had a good selection overall, but I would recommend adding sausages and/or bacon every day, along with baked beans in tomato sauce, to better cater for international guests.

“Lovely stay in a great location with superb staff and facilities.”
+The location was superb, walking distance to the old town. Great friendly staff including the cleaning staff, they were all excellent. Great food with access directly onto the beach. Free WiFi was appreciated. Everyone went above and beyond, it was early in the season so the weather was a bit chilly, still had an excellent week.

−Чистота оставляет желать лучшего. Горничная делала уборку за 3 минуты каждый день, махнув шваброй по полу. Потом заходишь в ванную и видишь там волосы и мелкий сор. При заселении я обнаружила в душе колпачок от бритвы (остался от предыдущих жильцов)

+Superlage, direkt am Strand und 15 Minuten zu Fuss von Altstadt entfernt. Sehr guter Frühstück und Restaurant für Mittag- und Abendessen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Privater sauberer Strand. Sauberes Zimmer.
−Am Abend war laute Musik vom Nebenhotel hörbar. Aber, was positiv war, das Fenster und Vorhänge haben den Larm ziemlich gut gedämpft.

“Al bij al een leuke vakantie gehad .”
+Het vriendelijke personeel . We zaten eerst in een minder leuke kamer (zonder zicht), voor de 2e helft van onze vakantie hebben ze ons en onze vrienden een kamer met zeezicht gegeven .
−Het nadeel aan de ligging op de dijk , aan het strand, was de overlast van lawaai (karaoke, zang en muziek) in de hotels (met horeca) naast ons hotel . Was tot 11u, of 11u30 en zelf eens tot 12u30 dat er geluidsoverlast was.

+Emplacement idéal, sur la plage de sable fin (Transat, douche...), belle vue depuis la chambre, belle décoration (avec miroirs partout, même au plafond), grande douche deux places (appreciée), petit balcon avec deux chaises et une table pratique pour faire sécher les serviettes et pour boire un apéro.bon rapport qualité prix, shampoing et gels douches en abondance et qui sentent bon, équipement de la salle de bain ok (sèche cheveux, kit dentaire, caps pour protéger les cheveux, assez de pq), serviettes changées à volonté, femme de ménage très souriante et respectueuse (+++),
−On avait signalé une préférence pour un lit double. Trois jours de suite on nous a dit de revenir demander demain. Entre-temps, ils ont bourré l'espace entre les deux lits avec des draps et nous ont dit qu'on avait maintenant un lit double.... Le bruit la nuit...y a plusieurs emplacement festifs juste autour de l'hôtel (karaoké, disco et autre...alors qu'il y a 3 pelés qui en profites, tout le monde trinque) ca monte à 45db dans la chambre tout fermé, 55db fenêtre ouverte...mais ça s arrete à minuit-1h. Le buffet petit déjeuner est ok sans être fou. Ils sont carrés sur l'heure: à 10h10 pas moyen d'avoir un verre d'eau! Ils sont moins carrés sur le respect des désirs du client...quand on demande un œuf brouillé sans ajout d'huile, ça semble contrarier l'employé qui fait des omelettes et des œufs au plat. Un peu de flexibilité, monsieur...on en a bien rigolé. Ah, dernier détail...y a très peu de place pour les valises dans la chambre. Des armoires pour les vider et des étagères mais les valises sont au milieu du chemin tout le temps...et si on a pas envie de les vider...le probleme se multiplie Le café, c est 2 portions pour le séjour, après ils en remettent pas.
