“Avoid it!!”
+The location was good, walking distance to the Arena and the Piazza Bra.
−First, there was no air conditioning! It was 37+ degree Celsius in August and inside it was intolerably warm. It was much hotter in the room than in the hallway or in the stairwell. While in the bed, I could not feel any air from the fan on the ceiling set at max. So I opened the window, and since there was no mosquito screen either, I got beaten all night. It was miserable. Those 2 were the worst nights I can remember. I thought there was going to be AC so I didn’t check. Yet, this place, which is cheaper than others but definitely not cheap for what it is, doesn’t have AC and accepts guests in the peak summer. They should install AC or close in the summer. Then, the bathroom, which was a “private bathroom” in the room I chose, was not actually in the room, but it was next door. This was very inconvenient as I had to lock the room and unlock the bathroom any time I was going to the bathroom. The bathroom had mold in the shower and didn’t even have a shelf to put things. Moreover on cleanliness, there was a ton of dust and hair in the bed frame next to the mattress. Disgusting and very visible without moving the mattress. See the picture. −O anúncio não deixa claro q o banheiro privativo é fora do quarto. Não há ar condicionado. Apenas ventilador fraco e como há um pátio externo, não é seguro ficar com a janela aberta, então o calor no quarto é muito. Banheiro limpo mas muito antigo e mal conservado

“Bra”
+Kort vei å gå fra togstasjonen, og kun 15 min å gå til Verona arena. Det er også busstopp rett utenfor døren. Det er stille og rolig og rent. Det er aircondition på rommet. Viktig å bekrefte oppholdet ditt på en mail du får tilsendt noen dager før ankomst, visst ikke man gjør det, kommer man ikke inn og det er ingen der som tar imot deg.

“Habitación acogedora”
+La habitación triple en la que estuve alojado era muy espaciosa y acogedora. Muebles bonitos, modernos y funcionales. Colchones cómodos. Me gustó mucho que tuviera persianas porque así no entraba nada de luz por la noche. El alojamiento proporciona las toallas de baño. El baño compartido se encontraba en buen estado, de los mejores que he utilizado. Las zonas comunes, como el pasillo o la sala para comer, están cuidadas. El anfitrión intenta ayudar en todo lo posible y la comunicación con él es fácil. En nuestro caso, nos guardó el equipaje durante unas horas después del check-in.
−No se ubica en pleno centro de Verona. La Piazza delle Erbe, por ejemplo, está a 22 minutos a pie. Sí que tiene cerca la estación del tren y hay una parada de autobús muy próxima al alojamiento.

“Soluzione basic ma un po' cara in una posizione ottima”
+La posizione è ottima e il poster presente in camera è di ispirazione
−Il rapporto qualità / prezzo rispetto ad altre camere che si affacciano sulla stessa piazza visto che non c'è l'aria condizionata e per accedere al bagno bisogna uscire dalla stanza.

“Solide”
+Das Hotel war sehr zentral, Bahnstation ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß , Hellas Verona Stadion ebenfalls 10 Minuten, in die Stadt waren es ca 15 Minuten, zum Herzen der Stadt ebenfalls
−Die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig, ansonsten war es okey die Betten waren etwas hart
