−Not that I didn’t like however upon arrival the incorrect key was left in the lockbox for us and we were only able to get in after another guest arrived about an hour of waiting.

+The room was very clean and I really liked how we could use the kitchen. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and there was no issue. The host was really helpful and even let us keep our luggage for some time near the lockbox as the weather was really bad.
−No issues with the stay

“Lovely stay”
+Everything. We stayed in an en suite room. It was very comfortable. We loved hanging out in the kitchen with all necessities that made us feel home away home. Denis was not always around but surely always available via messages to support us if needed.

+Everything. It was so relaxing. Spacious. Everything we needed. First time in Ireland. Good value for money. Stayed 10 days. The owner and cleaner was so friendly. Tescos ,shops and take aways ,local pub were 5 10 mins walk. a bus or 10 min taxi to town. Beach 15 mins walk. Couldnt ask for more. Definitely be back and highly recommend
−Can't fault the place for anything. Maybe a few chairs out the back since we were lucky enough to have most o our f trip, in october. with sunshine

−Nothing personal. You do not meet any staff. Just keys left for your in a safety lock outside the property with a text how to come in. Very small inset room for €119 one night bed only. Outdated furniture.

“A total rip-off that left a lot to be desired and I would NEVER stay again.”
+There was NO breakfast - only a help yourself from a terrible selection and mouldy bread! The location "pin" on the site brought me to the wrong house and (understandably) an irate woman informed me that she is sick and tired of people going to her by mistake & has asked the property to rectify it. Reputable platforms like Booking.com should not entertain properties like these. Don't tempt me to share my photos of it.
−I received a message on the morning of my arrival telling me there would be no breakfast served despite my booking stating it was b&b. I had arranged at time of booking on Aug 13th to leave my car at the property at 1pm and my luggage in the room and I was told this was no problem. Clearly the people working in the property were not told this. At 13.31hrs I received a message giving me the Eircode and address - 30 mins after I arrived and texted for the Eircode. The room was ready but was not of a good standard and very minimalistic. The owner (not the staff who are doing their best with what they have to manage) should be struck off for false advertising on Booking.com and not delivering what is shown. The breakfast "offer" was appalling and another resident told me that her toilet would not flush. A disgraceful property.
