+I liked having a separate bedroom and the back porch, with beach access .
−I didn't like the little mini fridge or the two burner stove. It should have been a full size fridge and a full stove with oven for the price I paid.

“I expected better for $402. For 2 nights.”
+The room itself was very nice. Wonderful view of the ocean. Location was great, walking distance to food and other amenities.
−The room was not clean! Dried soap residue on the sink. A wad of hair on the bathroom floor. Long dark hair in the shower, not ours. A bar of soap (used) on the window sill in the shower. I have photos. They are allowed to have open fires and tent camp on the beach? You couldn’t open the windows at night due to the smoke. There is a sign you will be charged $55. if you soil the linens, but the bedspread had stains? 😢. When I emailed the photo’s to them, no response. I didn’t expect a refund but no acknowledgement at all? Sad!

+Easy access to the beach and right across the main tracks for food.
−The beds were absolutely 100% horrible. There was mold in the bathroom and the door was hard to open. This hotel needs to spend some money and fix the place up. Scrap the old paint and put bew anti mold paint in the rooms and upgrade your beds. Please.

+Older hotel but clean-gorgeous view of the ocean (right on the beach). Bed was comfortable-pillows not so much. Close to restaurants & shops.
−No pool or exercise facility

“It rained on our last day. Bummer, had a great time though.”
+Great view, easy access to beach from the rooms back door. The close by restaurants with outdoor seating (I don’t know how they make the seagulls cooperate). All in all a great place.
−Time has taken its toll - the back lawn could use some care. Really pokie things that love the coastal weather.
