“Great location, staff were all great!”
+Our own chalet. While a bit dated it was comfortable. Bedding etc. top notch The grounds and the view were exceptional. Staff at the bar/restaurant/front desk were exceptional. Housekeeping staff member was friendly and inquired on how our stay was going and how our dog was enjoying his travels.
−A bit dated. As with anything as it ages there are things that just don't come out clean anymore. We did not feel it was dirty by any means, but the chalets do need an update. We had a pet friendly room and have learned to expect that we may get an older room. Not a deal breaker, just an FYI

“In a very good location only stayed one night, feel they need to improve the quality of food being served.”
+Clean and in a good location.
−Ate in the restaurant had a buffet diner, disappointed not hot enough, and very basic not worth the money.

“Perfect for a stopover, great location”
+Customer service was exceptional from the front desk to service at breakfast. V friendly and helpful. Location is good too, with a lake view and a short walk to places to eat. The town of Baddeck is worth a visit, esp down by the water
−Decor in the rooms & bathrooms could do with an update, they looked pretty ‘tired’.
