+The room was very clean, the location couldn’t be more convenient. Plenty of parking. Location feels safe. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of towels and a nice closet and drawers. Cold AC. And the grounds were very well kept and cute. Plus a full sized fridge?!? Will definitely stay again :)

“Don't go here if you don't want to be disappointed. Worst place in the Keys.”
+Nothing
−The advertisement is misleading. There is no pool or anything here. The only thing they have is a small backyard and 2 small walmart grills in the back. There is no pool or poo view. No kayak. Nothing. The place is very dirty. There are paint chips and cracks in the walls. There are insects also. There were no couches to sit on just the beds and a broken chair. I was very disappointed to bring my kids to this place.

+Family owned, comfortable & friendly. Small venue, soundproof walls, I slept like a baby. Would book with them again.

“Great stay overall.”
+There’s a grill outside the back. In the fridge in the room is actually large. The shower is pretty nice as well. The rooms are spacious. And the room is clean.
−Nothing to report in that regard. Everything seemed to be spot on.

“I DID NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL”
+NOTHING I DID NOT STAY.
−THIS UNIT WAS FILTHY. THE CHECK-IN WAS A KEY TAPED TO THE DOOR THE GUEST SERVICE PERSON WAS NOT THERE IN PERSON AND SAID I NEEDED TO COME BACK TOMORROW TO SIGN THE CHECK-IN PAPERS. SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET ME AT 4PM FOR CHECK IN BUT SHE WAS NOT THERE. SHE LEFT A NOTE. I OPENED THE ROOM AND IT WAS HIDEOUS. THE BED HAD DIRT ON IT. THE SMELL WAS CIGARETTE SMOKE AND PLASTIC SOMETHING WEIRD. I IMMEDIATELY TEXTED THE GUEST SERVICE PERSON THAT I WOULD NOT BE STAYING IN THIS FILTHY UNIT AND I WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GET MY REFUND FROM BOOKING.COM I DID ASK IF SHE HAD A DIFFERENT ROOM. SHE SAID NO. BUT SHE COULD COME TOMORROW AND SPRAY OZEUM TO GET RID OF THE SMELL. I AM NOT PUTTING MY CHILDREN IN A ROOM THIS NASTY AND I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST A REFUND SINCE I DID NOT STAY ONE MINUTE IN THE ROOM. I AM ACTUALLY SHOCKED THAT BOOKING.COM WOULD ALLOW A FACILTY OF THIS CALIBER ON THEIR WEBSITE. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! KENNETH CLOUCHETE 407-883-3735 (ADDITIONALLY I PAID INSURANCE).
