“Comfortable, very nice vibe, very attentive service to guests.”
+Beautiful, comfortable lobby area. Very friendly service. Good breakfast.
−There was a problem with the TVs: no captioning. (Which I needed.) On the other hand, staff was very responsive and followed up. They promise to resolve the issue for future guests.

“Painful!”
+Clean comfortable
−Requested a handicap accessible room. I have had 4 back surgeries and suffer from chronic back pain. Also just recently had a knee replacement surgery. You put us on the second floor right next to the elevators which would have been great if the elevators had not been down all weekend! Going up and down stairs several times during our stay was very painful and exhausting!

“We will be going back and definitely will not recommend it to anyone.”
+The pool was so small and soooo cold. Hot tub also very small. They allowed kids with floating stuff in there that was so big they actually ran my 10 year old granddaughter out of there. 3 full size floating raft was a bit to much. The RV Park guest are allowed to swim up there which is fine if they left the toys were left there. Then you actually had to go up front to get a towel which they didn't tell us in advance. The cafe was closed on the weekends which id really stupid since thats when people are out and about. The continental breakfast was horrible, no choices what so ever. The same thing every day. They could change it up some, maybe sausage hash browns biscuits and grave and some pastries. We will probably not going back there, for the price we paid I'd rather stay somewhere else and have better options. I was also shown something that completely turned off by your hotel. That was that seniors and military was so much higher priced than the average person. That makes absolutely no since to me.
−Warmer pools better continental breakfast and no float toys in pool. And open pool earlier so adults could go in without kids. Give seniors and military a price break.
