+Not sure - we arrived and then left right away. The man on reception was kind and welcoming.
−When we arrived there were flies all over the room, the mosquito nets were broken, everything looked a bit grubby and a dog was barking constantly outside. We didn't stay long enough to give it more of a chance. We did arrive in the dark but we just didn't get a good feeling. To be fair to them, we didn't give them a chance to correct anything/try a different room just as we were already put off. This experience didn't really correspond with all the good reviews we saw before booking.

“Unforgettable views and unmatched hospitality!”
+My stay at Shining Green View Ella was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the management and staff went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. The warmth and genuine hospitality here are truly special. The Views: The name says it all! Waking up to the breathtaking, panoramic views of the lush green mountains right from the balcony was the absolute highlight of our trip. It offers a peaceful, serene escape while still being conveniently close to the town center and key attractions. The Rooms: The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay, with reliable hot water and fast Wi-Fi. The Service & Extras: The team was fantastic at helping us plan our excursions around Ella and giving the best local tips. Plus, having incredible dining options nearby (like Cinnamon Vibe!) made the entire experience seamless and delightful. If you are planning a trip to Ella, look no further, book Shining Green View Ella. We cannot wait to return!
