+Everything was luxurious and worked. It’s amazing for the price they can maintain the upkeep and good quality.
−Walls between rooms in the thin side. If you have a noisy neighbor it could cause inconvenience. Our neighbor wasn’t so bad.

+Good water pressure in shower( probably best in Palawan). Nice big pool. Clean. Calm location.
−Poor towel quality. Ordered my food for dinner 1:30h up front. After this time past they came to tell me that this dish is not available, took a boneless fish which was available, it was very bad. Breakfast next morning was okay.

−You mostly need a rental car to get there, out a mile long potholed soggy gravel road through rice fields in the dark, if at night. Spooky until you arrive. Screenshots of the map are not adequate, have cellular data and working map. Fabulous pool, helpful staff, free simple but ok breakfast, instant coffee and tea. Bring your own milk and sugar. I had the A frame unit, good a/c, warm shower with pulsing water pressure. It's the best place in the area though I see now a fancy resort up the coast 45 min. This is for Brooks Point area. Beautiful, rural, poor, but good stores in town. It's a mile from town towards the mountains. Going south, Take a hard right at the circle, 1 km, then left at white round spere statue, then follow concrete then gravel road a mile, its behind big tan wall on your right.

+Swimming pool was amazingly big the view of the mountains was beautiful.
−The breakfast was below standard for the price no effort in preparation and cold when served. The T.V in the room in Villa had no remote control. Beds just foam mattresses. No other accommodation in the area and new so hoping this review is positive criticism to improve.

+Swimming pool was the only thing going for this place, but if not a high priced paying check in guest, charge way too much for friends or famiky to visit. Overall there was nothing a place clpser to town could provide with more options and a quarter of the price.
−We stayed here for 7 nights and not once did get a decent sleep, with the constant guest coming in to party till late and then start partying again at 2:30am when supposedly a cut off time. THIS IS NOT A RESORT , but a place for people to come and do as they please without consideration for guests. We changed rooms as there is no sound proofing but to be put next to a young group who was passed to not abide by rules. Breakfast included also, but served cold eggs toast rice and sausages that have been prepared well in advance, asked for a juice as no drinks were offered, and charged 50 peso for a small can off juice, that once in the while time we asked, and on check out after all the discomforts endured, even from down grading to a smaller room with no tv just a bed for some peace ( which we never got ) I would say this is the worst place i have ever stayed at the camps i stay at for long periods for work are 5 star compared to this, and would not recommend it as a resort but a party place if thats what your after. The road to this place is an abortion so best hire a motorbike as its easier to get to
