+Location couldn’t have been any better. Really cute hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff.
−Only thing that could have made it better was a room with a view, but we booked late. So that’s on us.

“Excellent hotel!❤️”
+Beautiful hotel, had room with Alhambra view which also looked out onto the narrow cobbled street and river. Lovely selction of pillows Ideal location. Cafe makes lovely food and great coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A massive thank you to Antonio on reception who found and booked an emergency dentist for us while we were out siteseeing, and made our problem stress free:) Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
−Bed a little firm for my liking Knob on bathroom door too small for the heavy door, made it hard to pull open

“Do not attempt to drive to the hotel!”
+Great location, old building has its charm
−It is poorly maintained, scuffs all around the room, the toilet leaked, there were traces of mold in the shower. It is not very clean, the rooms that have a window to the patio are noisy as the coffee machine is on the hallway and the floor is naked stone. We can hear when they open and close the roof to the patio, seems to happen very early. The room is not ventilated. This hotel should not come up when the filter “parking” is set on Booking as it is misleading and a fraud: you physically cannot bring a car to the hotel (unless you drive a Twingo), it is upsetting how hard it is to navigate just to realize that what they meant was “10 minutes away from us there is a public parking we have a deal with”, where you pay 30€ a day. We did not get information on services from the receptionist so I cannot even tell of they serve breakfast

“Kompletter Reinfall (einziger Lichtblick: die Mitarbeiterin an der Anmeldung!)”
+Die sehr nette und äußerst hilfsbereite junge Dame an der Rezeption.
−Die Parkplatzsituation - insbes. die viel zu enge und niedrige vom Hotel empfohlene Tiefgarage, die Auffindbarkeit des Hotels, das fensterlose Zimmer.
