+The little extras, like a make up towel, tray for dirty shoes/boots Large bath in a spacious bathroom Lovely breakfast Free parking practically in the centre of Matlock Pleasant stroll into the town centre
−No sockets next to the bed, an extension wire with USBs would have been helpful

“Welcoming host and home”
+Ziz is a kind and welcoming host. The house and room were very clean and comfortable. Even on these hot days recently the rooms were airy and cool. Gorgeous views and so close to the town. Ziz has some amazing recommendations on where to eat and visit.
−Honestly everything was perfect down to the little mints on your pillow and coming back from a day out to find the bed remade.

+Excellent breakfast Great mattress & bedding. Strong water pressure in shower.
−Didn’t expect to be in a basement. It was kind of gloomy.

+We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sheriff Lodge. Ziz made us feel very welcome and was eager to help us settle in and give us information about the local area. The room was excellent, especially the very comfy bed and the little added extras . Breakfast was of exceptional quality and the very relaxed atmosphere added to the overall experience. We shall definitely be returning.
−Nothing.

“I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip.”
+Location was perfect for our stay. The room itself was everything we needed. Ziz was a perfect host. Breakfast was great (try the jumblies) As we were stopping for a concert we were attending, we made sure we were quiet when coming back, which was usually quite late. Ziz appreciated our thoughtfulness and we will definitely be stopping again for next years concert.
−There isn’t really isn’t anything to complain or moan about, doing so would just be nitpicking. If I do have to put one thing, it was that I didn’t get chance to meet the gorgeous boxer dog called Sukura.
