+The room was a great size fantastic with two bathrooms and two bedrooms a full dining table and kitchen. The room was clean and tidy and we had no issues with the accommodation. Staff was friendly and pool area had lots of sun loungers and was really lovely!
−The only thing I would say was the estimated cost when we arrived at the accommodation it was a little higher than we thought it would be! We’d also ensure we have a car next time to get around.

+Everything was great.
−Didnt like that the charged extra for parking, I think it should include parking at such a big hotel complex Also did some online shopping while there and they charged me for every single package they received at the hotel. Didnt like that either

“Wonderful time in Orlando”
+The accommodation was wonderful, really clean and very well located. We had lots of fun in all the swimming pools. We will definitely consider it again in case we visit Orlando.
−I think there are some costs that I would say are abusive: 1. Parking cost of $30/day 2. Delivery cost of $10/packet (yes, per packet) [This was not informed at check-in; you realise it when you go to get the packet. Also, there is no option to meet or be warned by the hotel to receive the packets yourself]

+Excellent location. Spacious suites. Washer/dryer in room.
−Housekeeping wasn’t great. Found a cheerio on the ground from previous occupants.

“Disappointed in our stay”
+I have stayed here a few times, I do love the hotel but this time wasn’t the same as normal
−Our door had been kicked in, and safe damaged from guest prior to our stay When we asked to move room, as we didn’t feel safe we where left waiting for a long period of time The door didn’t lock properly and we had no where to put our valuables so could not leave the room until the engineer came out

“Wij komen niet meer terug.”
+We hadden ruimte
