“Great value and friendly host!”
+This was a great last-minute find. AZ, the host, was very friendly and accommodating, and even upgraded me to a room with a private bathroom, which was a nice surprise. I’d definitely book it again on my own next time. It’s nestled in a cute neighborhood in Silver Spring, literally on the same block as Target, which made it easy to grab sundries and things I needed for my trip. Off-street parking was also available for a small extra charge, totally worth it.
−The kitchen could have been a little cleaner, but it's hard to monitor that 100% when you're sharing space with others.

“Bad”
+The bedding, towels, and room were clean.
−The entire house was trash, there were bugs, the refrigerator wasn't operating, and there was no ventilation in my room. It was very hot. The house was very noisey on my last night. It was around 10pm-11pm. I assume the owner was moving or fixing things. It was a huge disturbance. The house was dark most of the time. It's not suitable to host guests.
