“Very comfortable bed and well appointed facilities.”
+Comfortable, clean, well situated. Plenty of room for a family of a group attending. Felt secure.
−Unfortunate that a fault in the toaster meant no power between 6.30am and 11am…. And therefore no showers, breakfast morning cuppas or phone charging. Also, we found we couldn’t access where to drop the keys.

“Unfortunately a few issues that disappointed...”
+The location was good.
−The toilet in the main bathroom leaked when flushed, so it couldn't be used. Then the shower in the main bathroom, when used, created a terrible smell of sewerage that came up from the drain and spread throughout the whole apartment for hours - we had to leave the apartment and leave all the fans on to try and get rid of it. So we couldn't use the shower either. I had previously seen someone else post about this about a week or so before our stay, however the owners had replied saying it had been fixed. Unfortunately for us, it hadn't. I contacted the owners when these problems occured (within the first few hours of arriving - we were there for two nights), and they said they would have a plumber out to fix it at 10am the next morning. However that didn't happen. It was not looked at or fixed for our entire stay. The smaller ensuite bathroom was in working order so our large group shared that for our stay (we were in the 3 bed apartment). When I asked the owners (on leaving) how we would be compensated for the main bathroom being entirely unusable, I was ghosted. It was very disappointing that we never heard back from the owners and had no resolution to our issues that were raised.

“Great comfortable stay for a weekend away, great access and comfortable beds”
+Great location and access to Main Street
−Being an older building the doors would be loud and move while the building shifted

“You get what you pay for ;)”
+Clean apartment. Private carpark Accommodation being right in the centre of Sorrento. Lovely view. Great kitchen. Overall a great option and pretty affordable compared to the other options in Sorrento.
−Not being offered proper wifi access but the wifi free spot instead, which didn't work. Low water pressure in the shower. The apartment needs proper maintenance.

−Apartment 3 smelt like mould, our clothes even smelt like it when we got home. Doors were hard to shut.
