“Incredible Luxury and Private Beaches”
+Huge luxurious resort - two beautiful private beaches and the pool area is amazing. The grounds are kept immaculate. The staff are so attentive and friendly. The restaurants are also great, particularly Rima the treetop restaurant.
−Some areas of the resort are showing a bit of wear and tear/age but it’s no big deal.

+The crown jewel of Boracay! It is an amazing hotel with a great variety of food and an amazing sea. The staff and lifeguards are amazing; they even helped me find my jewelry, which I lost at the seashore and all came to help to find it (a service you can't find anywhere else). They also give free shuttles to the city with timetables for drop-off and pick-up back to the hotel! I almost forgot to mention -- you will be taken to the hotel and back to the airport by a speedboat from the hotel itself, and that by its own is a good experience to have!
−If this hotel were all-inclusive, it could compete easily with the best hotels in Turkey, known to be among the best hotels worldwide!

“Absolutely Amazing Paradise”
+It completely exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautiful, luxurious, and the view was simply unforgettable. The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. We also had two private assistants, Vicente and John, who were absolutely amazing! They were attentive, kind, and incredibly fast with anything we needed. The service was exceptional from start to finish.

“Memorable Stay - Not in a Good Way”
+17 years in the business, we expected a well-oiled machine. The actual is far cry from it. It started with the tainted water. At breakfast, the glass bottle we were drinking from was tainted, a soap residue or dirt coating the inside. Half a bottle in before we noticed (see photo). I flagged it immediately to a staff member. Nobody contacted us after. Not that morning. Not that afternoon. I raised it again via the in-house WhatsApp line. The operator apologized and mentioned there's a medical centre if we fell ill. No explanation, no personal contact. We then asked to meet Bless, who had checked us in. She apologized too. She had seen the photo and said it's disgusting, but again, no explanation. Later, Samson, the restaurant service manager, came by and told us the residue was a "chemical reaction from the cleaning process," and that the water was still safe to drink. That explanation was more alarming than reassuring, a chemical reaction, in our drinking water? To his credit, Samson worked hard over the next two days to make things right, within his means, and we appreciated that. But the misses kept coming: Rima (dinner): This well-known steak restaurant uphill greeted us with a
