9.0“Great place to stay especially as a solo traveler”
+The house was a beautiful old Victorian and the room felt clean, comfortable, and spacious. Check in was easy, and it was fun to chat with the other guests. I was a solo female traveler and felt super safe and comfortable there.
−The house is old and creaky, but they supply white noise machines which is helpful.

8.0“Pleasant”
+Good location and clean
−No staff . I did step on a tiny piece of glass in the rug in the room. The room was very small. The towels were scratchy

+We enjoyed Morning Breakfast with daily choices of fruit, cereal, yogurts and toppings, bagels and toast, fresh juice and coffee. Especially enjoyed sitting outside on the veranda enjoying a peacefully breakfast.

10.0“comfortable and homey, clean and updated”
+loved the room - you can tell they put thought into the renovations of the room and bathroom - the bed was so incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby! Brendan, the owner was up until I arrived almost at midnight!
−honestly not much, but breakfast was pretty basic so it could maybe be improved but that didn't bother me so much as there was a great coffee shop down the block!

9.0“A generously appointed guest house in a nice little town which had reasonable local facilties”
+Very well appointed rooms with a nice lounge and porch. There were plenty of breakfast options (though not cooked). Brendan (the host) was very pleasant to talk with. The local bar/restaurant (Print Room) was a good place to meet local folk.
−It was a little difficult to find at first. No sign on the street, and only a small house name at the door.

7.0“Cute location perfect for a ski weekend trip with friends or family.”
+Locations was great and it was a cute spot! And the staff was super friendly!
−There were dead flys throughout the room. And some live ones upon arrival. (In the dead of winter which is weird) the shower baked up every time. There were slits in the doors we always covered with a jacket so nobody could see in. Oh and the bead was hard as a rock.

8.0“Perfect location if you are skiing at Bellayre, Great Host!!”
+The host was fabulous, very accommodating, my wife and daughter slept in room 2 and their bed was absolutely the comfiest which I cannot say the same for room 1, it was harder than I like. I also did not have a bath towel in my room so I borrowed one from my wife's room, no biggie...small oversight. Hotel was perfectly located close to Bellayre, very clean, easy parking across the street and a great restaurant down the block, The Printhouse! I would definitely stay here again if skiing at Bellayre!
−Room 2 bed was to stiff, some may like it this way but I do not. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
