+DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! TOTAL SCAM! Avoid this place at all costs! They charged my card 3 months in advance for my reservation. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they claimed they were "fully booked" and told me I had to pay again for a new room. When I asked them to cancel my initial reservation, they flat out refused and told me to cancel it myself. Since it was within 24 hours of check-in, canceling it on my end meant Booking.com would automatically charge me a 50% penalty fee. They deliberately use this trick to steal your money! When I reported this to the local police and the people who came to help, they confirmed that this is a widespread and common scam around Giza, charging guests in advance and then denying them entry or forcing double payments. Do NOT fall for this fraud. Stay away from this hotel!

“Has potential but should have guests stay while under construction and renovations”
+Close to pyramids and breakfast service was good
−Hotel under renovations which we were not made aware of before our stay. Unsafe with exposed live wires and debris everywhere. Power tools and works all through the night next to our room. Dust from renovations all throughout our room which got all over our bags, clothes and feet. Wifi wasn’t working when we arrived and no hot water. People trying to open our room door while inside.

“Lovely people, lovely stay”
+Roof top view is great, feeling so good to face the giant pyramid. Staff helped me to find alternate hotel when they have summer renovation.
−If breakfast is added, then guests don't have to search other places

+Tres bon hotel, propre, accueillant.

“Desastre. Hotel en obras”
+No me gustó nada.
