“Pleasant Stay”
+It's a 2 bedroom and a spacious living room flat with a good size kitchen and a bathroom. Living room and beds are comfortable. It is good to have a table and chairs in the living room besides the ones in the kitchen. Hosts are pleasant and helpful.
−All cups, utensils, pot and pan are of cheap quality, old and definitely useless. They all must be replaced. If a short parapet can be made around the shower place, the bathroom floor won't get flooded. If these two points are taken care of then the apartment will deserve score of 10.

“Not honest to receive guests like this.”
+At first glance we liked the big common room, that's before we realised how cold it was and that the place was still under construction.
−First of all, we paid for our stay because, having already traveled around Armenia, we were not sure we would be able to find anything better in a short time. However, when the landlord showed us around, he soon informed us that there were some reconstruction works going on in the kitchen. The main concern, however, was the lack of heating. It was freezing inside, we had to sit with our outdoor jackets on and sleep with our clothes on wrapped under a duvet and a blanket. The water took quite long to heat up and the temperature in the bathroom and the kitchen was exactly like outdoors. We were given a couple of electric radiators that made barely any difference. As for the location, having read a couple of reviews, we thought it would be maximum a 15 mins walk to the beach, but we had to walk about one hour along the motorway.
