+Great view of Sevan lake.
−At night the temperature decrease rapidly, and your only source of heat is small fan heater. There is nothing to prepare a meal on, just outside grill. A bed frame creaks a lot under a smallest movement. A driveway to the facility is terrible, so trip to the town takes at least 20 minutes, even if the city center is 5km away.

“Great staff, great beach, acceptable rules”
+Staff is awesome. Great conversations & experiences. The cabins are also good - fitting for a group of 5. The beach is private, clean and calm.
−Curfew after 21:00, encouraged not to go out with the car or come in after that time as the staff closes the gate. However, were understanding when we arrived later. Also the couch broke in half in the middle, we had to stuff it underneath with small boxes to keep it stable.

+La plage est tres fréquentée la journée mais à 20h tout le monde s'en va et il ne reste que les résidents. L'endroit est donc calme et reposant. La petite maison offre une belle superficie pour 3 personnes et un accès direct à la plage.
−Si vous ne souhaitez pas reprendre la voiture, il est possible de commander à manger à un restaurant proposé par l'hôte. Cependant, prévoyez à l'avance car il nous a fallu presque 2h pour etre livré d'une pizza et un plat de pâte! Ceci dit, c'etait tres bon et l'hôtel n'est pas responsable de ce contre-temps.

+Хорошее место! Пляж великолепный, чистый, прозрачный.. Хороший добрый персонал. Ухаживают за территорией, убирают мусор. Очень радушные и стараются сделать гостям всё комфортно. На месте есть напитки и всё что нужно для барбекю. Место популярное значит стоит прийти. Есть водные развлечения. У пляжа есть график открытия и закрытия, чтобы жильцы могли насладиться тишиной.

+Месторасположение прямо на пляже. Наличие мангальной зоны. Закрытая территория. Хороший пляж.
−Качество воды в номере. Вода я так понял качается напрямую из озера. Питьевую воду необходимо покупать.

“Un séjour agréable au bord d'une plage”
+Le bungalow donne sur une plage surveillée. Il dispose des équipements nécessaires. Le personnel était très agréable et accueillant.
−Le bungalow était un peu petit pour 6. Il y avait de la musique assez forte jusque tard dans la soirée.
