“Absolutely recommend!”
+It's an incredible place. We were visiting when there were only a few guests and the atmosphere was super peaceful. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helped us with any inquiries we had. The food was delicious. We rented the jet ski, used the sauna and just chilled on the very cosy beach area. The water in Sevan is crystal clear. They also have the dogs who are the most friendly dogs we've ever met. They almost became a part of our family, we'll miss them.
−Just a suggestion to maybe provide the rooms with a shoehorn, a knife and a bigger mirror in the room when someone else is taking a shower.

+I really liked the location, the apartments and the food. Friendly lovely but always hungry dogs 😁 The lake is amazing. I really appreciated the closeness of the beach.
−I really hated loud music in the cafe and especially on the beach. I don't think it is necessary in such a natural private place as it is. I really appreciate the quietness and it seems to me that people who go in such places from the noisy cities actually want to gain some peaceful silence, to hear the beautiful sound of the birds, water and the forest. Unfortunately, sometimes I needed to interrupt my beach rest because of the music that blew my mind. And I needed to adjust my plans because of that, to go to the beach when there is no music there. One time there were no people on the beach at all, but the music was incredibly loud. It's awful. As well, I think that it should be of some respect to nature and the inhabitants of the nearby forests. I would like to visit again, but I hope it will be quieter next time, otherwise I may not return. Also would be great to have the coffee machine - I missed the coffee. The breakfast was great, but there was not enough coffee for such breakfasts.

+Property was in a very good location , private beach with great view and clear water, we were able to use the sauna at night which was a highlight of the stay. Staff was super nice and helpful , they accommodated us for an extra night without problem . Restaurant food was also simple and tasty .

“Beautiful, secluded, peaceful location with good beach and good food”
+Beautiful, secluded and quiet location, friendly and helpful service. An excellent restaurant- breakfast was really good. Everything clean and worked. Beach is beautiful and nice to swim from.
−There is a cafe on the beach, which seems to belong to this hotel, but the ambience is slightly spoiled by techno music being imposed on bathers during the day (you can't hear it from the hotel however). Many (most ?) people come to a place like this for the peace and nature. For Magaluf-lite you can go to the other side of the lake. Turn it off.

“Уютной и спокойное место для отдыха”
+Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак с красивыми видами! Вежливый персонал с индивидуальным подходом к гостям. Мы приехали поздно вечером с другой стороны озера и очень замерзли- нам принесли обогреватели в номер. Если бы мы знали, что отдых в данном месте будет такой классный, то забронировали бы больше дней (теперь это идея на будущее и рекомендация друзьям). Тихое, спокойное место с дорожкой до пляжа, на котором места для переодевания, лежаки, по пути к пляжу беседки.

+локация; оформление в природном стиле, в целом все просто и со вкусом; кухня пустая (только чайник), но по просьбе принесли электроплитку, где мы варили кофе; сперва достался номер с видом на техническую часть ресторана с какими-то бочками, на следующий день нам его поменяли (но он сам оказался хуже прежнего, жили там только ради вида из окна)
−1) номер: сломанная входная дверь, которая не закрывалась (обратились к работникам, пришел мужчина, поковырял дверь 10 минут, ушел, никто ничего чинить и не собирался), ужасный запах канализации по всему номеру, в кране раковины в душевой выключена горячая вода (когда мы ее включили, натекла огромная лужа на пол, то есть, вместо починки, решили просто перекрыть кран), громко шумит холодильник, бакси и вентилятор в кухне (в выключенном состоянии от ветра с улицы), запасной туалетной бумаги не было (1 начатый рулон) 2)ресторан: про завтрак уже многие писали; из меню нет половины блюд, заказывали рыбный суп и полбу с грибами - было плохо по вкусу, потом у меня болел живот 3 дня, ишхана в отеле при Севане тоже не было, цезарь с креветкой достался всего 1 раз за 4 дня. Обслуживания в номерах нет, еду в номер и в бар на пляже вы таскаете сами. На завтрак в 10 утра на полную громкость играл какой-то блатняк, который ставила официантка: мы просили поставить тихий ненавязчивый джаз, мы каждый раз просили сделать потише, на что получили в ответ хамское «Вы тут не одни» (при том, что зачастую мы были либо одни, либо было еще 1-2 человека, которые явно не заказывали на завтрак блатняк на высок

+Pięknie położony ośrodek. Pośrodku niczego ale plaża i widoki idealne!! Urzadzona strefa nad jeziorem łącznie z parasolami, leżakami barem z napojami.. Polecam wszystkim szukajacym odpoczynku, wyciszenia... Obsługa miła i pomocna.
−Ceny w restauracji trochę wysokie. Śniadanie dostaliśmy skromne, srewowane, wyliczone na każdą osobę.

“Не понравилось”
−Сомнительный персонал - к нам постучались, мы попросили не входить, но им все равно - они открыли дверь. Для того, чтобы перетащить детскую кроватку в соседний номер. Обслуживание в ресторане хамское, еду ждать долго + в номер не заказать Лежаков по количеству меньше чем номеров, среди них есть платные, о чем нигде не говорится, к вам просто подойдут и попросят заплатить. Вокруг нет никакой инфраструктуры, так что сходить в магаз или покушать не получится - только на колесах
