“All the comforts of home 5 mins from the beach.”
+This had more of a home stay feel, with the guest house run by a really delightful family, who were always so obliging. It was clean, tidy and my room had a fridge and aircon. There’s also a shared balcony for breakfast overlooking some trees with lots of birds around. It’s only 5 mins walk from the west end of Marissa beach, if you cut through the restaurants that line the beach, and a 15-20 mins walk to the not so secret Secret beach. Also catch the local bus all the way along the coast to Galle and beyond, just at the end of the street.

“Exceptionally clean, great location, beautiful homestay”
+We loved our stay at Sethun House! Everything was perfect, the room was exceptionally clean, our hosts were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast each morning changed and it became an exciting part of our day to see what delicious food options we would be surprised with, our room was cleaned every 2-3 days, they offer a laundry service, and on one occasion i was even able to get an item of clothing mended which was greatly appreciated. The property is also in a convenient location, tucked away down a driveway which means you don't hear the noise from the main street, but you are an easy 2-3 min stroll to the main street and also a quick 2-3 minute stroll to the beach/surf break. Our hosts also helped us book a taxi to our next destination and our driver was extremely nice too (we understand he can also assist with day trips to Galle and other local spots). We could not recommend this property more! Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay :)

“Superb place to stay.”
+Very friendly people in a great location away from the road - plenty of birds and wildlife to watch from the balcony. The best breakfast we were served in Sri Lanka.

+We liked it because it's away from the noisy roads with unbalanced tu-tacks and crazy-bus. There are no noisy parties or loud music nearby. Quiet, peaceful, close to the beach. There is a road leading to the beach, it is quite quiet. We were glad a thousand times that we took this particular option, and not those options that are closer to the beach, but through this terrible noisy Main Street. Delicious and varied breakfasts on the balcony, the kindest hosts. The rooms are clean, cleaning every three days, change of bed linen. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, refrigerator, water heater, kettle are working, the bathroom is clean and in good condition. There is free wi-fi. Это хорошее сочетание цена/качество. +A 6 minutes à pied de la plage de Mirissa. Petit hôtel familial parfaitement gérer. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Assez calme, loin des bars/restaurants.
