+I can highly recommend this family-run business. The owners are very nice and helpful people. We had a great dinner and a rich breakfast. Unfortunately, they don't speak English, but we spoke with our hands 🤗and little knowledge russian. Their son speaks English and is willing to help and advise. The room with bathroom is clean and comfortable.

“A strategically located, quiet, clean and not expensive B&B”
+A nice B&B, very close to the Yerevan - Sevan main road, and yet surprisingly quiet, with a nice garden. Sevan has a big float of cabs that will take you from there to the city centre (5-8 minutes) or to the lake (10-20 minutes, depending on how close a beach you pick), but also to Yerevan (60-90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions), for cheap. My room had a good bed and a totally functional private bathroom, for a very reasonable price. Good breakfast in the family's living room (nice vintage vibe). If you are to choose, ask for the omelette! Excellent communication: Geora speaks excellent English and is always there to help. I had my linnen washed at no extra cost!
−It's not a big deal, but I remarked that the house has a wide covered balcony, which would be ideal for smoking and hanging out in the evening, it would just require some tiles on the concrete floor, and some (garden) furniture.

“Sevan rurale”
+Colazione abbondante
−Stanza piccola. Posizione periferica.

+Posizione abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia pubblica (15 min. a piedi). Ottima la colazione, la famiglia gentilissima. C'è un'ottima birreria a tipo 200 metri.
−Mancano tapparelle e tende, quindi mi svegliavo all'alba 🤣

+We had an absolutely wonderful time at this guest house. The property is clean, well-organized, and perfectly located for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. But above all, we will remember the legendary dinner we shared with this wonderful extended family, together with friends from all over the world. We enjoyed excellent Armenian specialties, but what made the evening truly special was the warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere that the whole guest house family helped create. It felt like spending an evening among old friends, even though we had just met. A truly memorable experience! Well done, and highly recommended if you want to enjoy a wonderful evening in great company, with delicious Armenian food and genuine hospitality.
