“An Adventurous place with explorable places”
+It is located close to the Museums One may see the Touristic point of view and how the local’s live. It is totally a safe place also if it doesn’t make such an impression
−The old Neighborhood is partly under construction and close to a local Folklore Festival place, which may be for others loud!

+Good location. The room was clean but old (but that's ok considering the price). The fridge was broken. In the booking it was mentioned that there would be a kettle or coffee maker but it wasn't in the room and we were not able to get another option from the staff. The terrace however was not clean at all and all the tables and chairs were half broken. We were a bit cold at first and got a second blanket easily. The WiFi was working perfectly. No soundproofing at all.

+It was the first time i left an hotel after the first night. I booked it based on the reviews but left me disappointed. The staff is great, very nice and helpful, nothing against them. But the hotel conditions aren't the best. In the first room we found bugs and ants, so we were kindly moved to another room that was significantly smaller but a bit cleaner. The problem there was the security, the door didn't lock at all and we had to lock it with our suitcases during the night. As two women, we couldn't even sleep well. We decided to leave in the morning to another hotel because there were too many problems in only one night. We asked for a refund for the rest of the nights not used, getting a denial from the manager saying there is no refund and claming are terms of Expedia, which expedia denied. I am not saying don't go there but you know what you get.

+Every time I come to Urfa, I stay in the same Konak. The mansion is clean, there are sparrow nests in the middle of it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the owner is nice and helpful. Close to the center, within walking distance to Balıklıgöl
