−I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I do feel it’s important to be honest about our experience. We booked this stay expecting a peaceful camper experience near Sequoia National Park, but unfortunately it fell well short of what we anticipated. Some of this may be because we’re not experienced camper travelers, but there are several things we wish we had known beforehand. The location is very remote and requires navigating steep, winding roads that frequently narrow to one lane. While the mountain views are beautiful, there was NOWHERE TO HIKE ONSITE, no giant sequoias visible from the property, the outdoor space was very small with a tree blocking the majority of the view. The furniture was quite rusted, and there were a number of pests during our stay, including a giant ant hill right outside the front door, two tarantulas, & a raccoon in the tree above the camper. The camper itself appeared quite worn. It was extremely hot when we arrived and remained uncomfortable until early morning despite using the AC as instructed. There was also a persistent musty odor. “Great location, not really clean.”
+Awesome location to do a trip to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park.
−Unfortunately, the RV was not really clean and it was very old and things have been broken (for example the shower head holder). We would have been ok with an old Rv but we still expected it to be in a good condition and clean.

“It was a place to rest and shower in between daily hikes in Sequoia.”
+It’s was a near place tucked in the hills of Sequoia NP.
−The 5th wheel camper had an abundance of ants and spiders. The refrigerator was frozen over and didn’t cool very well. Shower head was not mounted and several soft places in the floor from water damage. I have camped for many years and this one definitely needs some love and attention.

−Posizione pessima e difficilmente raggiungibile. La struttura era una roulotte parcheggiata a fianco alla casa del proprietario. Pulizia inesistente, ragnatele e polvere ovunque. Acqua collegata con tubo di gomma dalla casa del proprietario. Doccia con tubo di gomma che perde che rende quindi difficile lavarsi dovendolo tenere in mano. Presenza di formiche. Ho rinunciato alla permanenza già dopo la prima notte anche avendone pagata una seconda, cercandomi un alloggio altrove. Per ogni necessità il proprietario non risponde se non dopo avergli bussato più volte alle finestre perché completamente barricato in casa.

+Tolle Lage in der Natur. Es war größer als gedacht. Die Anfahrt ist kurvenreich und sollte bei Tageslicht erfolgen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
