“We enjoyed the stay.”
+Location. Comfortable bed nice pool and well presented food.
−Couldn’t get hot water for shower at critical times morning/ evening which is disappointing. For the price of B & B/ night the $20 allowance for breakfast is too low by some margin.

“Amazing”
+Great, relaxing and very clean hotel. Room backed out onto the vineyards, free sparkling upon arrival and shout out to Karen, Luis & Austin that we’re all really welcoming and accommodating. Great place to visit on our honeymoon. We will be back :)
−That we wasn’t here longer.

“Would stay again but NOT on the lower level”
+The grounds were beautiful- the pool area was very nice and peaceful. The loft was great with the view of the vineyards and the private backyard. The food was very good and friendly staff. The fire pit area was quiet and enjoyable. The location is great- to be able to walk to Don Giovannis is a plus.
−The walls are THIN. For how much you pay I don't want to hear conversations or footsteps. The hot tub was not hot at all. Fitness "room" could use a little more accessories/ weights.

“It’s so close to a 10. Hotels need to learn to soundproof their walls and ceilings.”
+The property is gorgeous and serene the swimming pool the surroundings…The hot tub …vines are beautiful.
−As much as you pay, the walls are thin and that is always a HUGE pet peeve for me when you spend the kind of money that you do I don’t wanna hear anybody above me below me. Beside me . Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Everything else is fantastic. Customer service.. the property location.

“Lovely oasis in Napa valley”
+Beautiful oasis in Napa Valley, loved the room terrasse where we spent the evening overlooking the Vinyard, Room was very spacious. Personnel friendly
−Surprisingly close to the highway, although we did not suffer from any traffic noise. The pool is pretty small and was packed so we did not go there.
