“Spacious and well-located apartment, let down slightly by the check-in experience”
+Brilliant location, roughly a 10-minute walk from Broadway. We stayed in an apartment-style room which was spacious and comfortable, and having a washer-dryer was particularly useful at this stage of our trip. For the most part, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Parking was convenient to arrange through the app, although it was on the expensive side.
−The check-in experience left a lot to be desired. We spent almost an hour trying to gain access to our room, involving multiple trips to reception and being sent to a different room on the opposite side of the building (all while carrying our luggage) which was almost identically numbered. The staff did respond when we raised the issue, but a little more initiative at the outset would have probably saved a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Unfortunately, the delay impacted our evening plans, meaning we weren’t able to fit everything in we’d originally intended. The rooms could also do with a little TLC, with some general wear and tear and a fresh coat of paint making a difference. The checkout system wasn’t working when we left either, so I had to get in touch separately.

“Great base for enjoying Broadway/Nashville's sights, with the benefit of a relaxing pool/terrace”
+We made full use of the pool/outdoor space and we were on the west facing side of the building, so got great views and sunsets. There are bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and the city centre and music venues on Broadway were abut 15 mins walk.
−There weren't many shops in the immediate vicinity, so its best to pick up anything you might need before arriving/whilst out and about.

“Lovely stay, accommodation clean and tidy, reception staff really helpful. It more a b & b self catering experience”
+It was very clean. Security code to use door 5pm - 8am and same code to access lift. Easy to get around to most places downtown -around 15 minute walk

“Good location but no water for a day”

−The bathroom floor was dirty. We had no washcloths. The sink in the bathroom would not drain. The water in the building was cut off at 9 AM the first morning of our stay. The front desk staff were not helpful at all.

“We had a wonderful stay in an excellent location that was close enough to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway.”
+The apartment was very clean and the location was extremely convenient. Nice and quiet area.
−Figuring out how to access parking was a bit of a problem. Not only for us either. We were in a line of people trying to figure it out also.

+The security measures was good. Overall the facility was super nice.
−The cost of parking was a bit much. We parked at 4:30pm Sunday and checked out Monday morning (less than 24 hours) and it costs us almost $70.
