“Everything was as described”
+Very cosy and nice place to stay in silence and near a waterfall!

“Cute place but needs some attention to detail”
+It was a cute accommodation with a well maintained pool. There was pretty lights that lit up the area at night.
−We arrived one hour into check-in time and the room was not ready for us. There also seemed to be some confusion around our booking (weren't expecting us even though we'd booked well in advance). We were able to check-in after 20 minutes of waiting. The room was fine, but it only had one mug for coffee and no teaspoon. No toilet paper was provided and the bidet lacked pressure. There also was no cover on the duvet.

“Overall we had a great stay at Sentosa palace. Just some minor improvements :)”
+1. It’s near Gunung Stong where we want to climb and see the sunrise. It’s not too far from the town. It’s peaceful with very less noise. 2. The staff/caretaker was very friendly and provides us assistance during check-in. 3. The room has water heater and the toilet is very clean. There are clean towels provided as well. 4. The bed mattress is comfortable. 5. The view is quite nice, we can see the waterfalls.
−1. There’s only one chair provided. 2. There’s only one small mat at the toilet’s door and there’s none for the main door. If it rains and you’re from outside, you will have to wipe your foot with tissue or towel. 3. An electric kettle is provided but there’s no mug or at least a pair of glasses we can use to make coffee or tea. 4. The pillows looks like having molds :(

“Good”
+The toilet is clean.
−The trash bin is a bit small. Would be great if the floor mat is put at the front door as well instead of only at the front of the toilet.

“UFO inside the toilet”
+The bed is comfortable.
−I went for family trip but was welcome with floating shit inside the toilet. It was the biggest the turnoff. Tried to flush but the system jammed. Complained to owner in the evening at 7++ but the repairman only arrive at 10 p.m++ when I almost fallen asleep. Luckily we book 2rooms. We all gather in one room for the sake of using the toilet. What a waste paying 2 rooms but have to cramped into one. The repairman flushed the toilet several time but the stain is still there. Obviously the 'thing' have been there quite some time. If the toilet already like this I don't know what else they didn't clean. This place could be better as the view is stunning. Hopefully they can improve more. Btw , the path to this house is quite small. Can only fit 1 car at a time.
