“Unforgettable Stay with Top-Notch Service & Incredible Food”
+Our stay at this hotel was incredible from start to finish. The location is super convenient,about a 5-minute drive to Togendai Station and 20 minutes to Gora Station. The hotel provided shuttle service not only for our arrival and departure, but also drove us to all the nearby local attractions throughout our stay, which made getting around so easy. The level of service is top-tier. It was raining on the day we arrived, and two staff members were already standing outside in the parking lot waiting for us with umbrellas. We felt welcomed and cozy the moment we arrived, and enjoyed complimentary welcome drinks while checking in. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The highlight was definitely having our own private onsen and sauna right inside the room! There was also a public onsen on our floor, giving us the flexibility to enjoy both. Both breakfast and dinner were included in our package, and the food was outstanding. While most Japanese onsen ryokans serve traditional kaiseki, this hotel offers a refreshing French-style dinner cooked over wood fire & charcoal grill. “A perfect place, extraordinary memories made.”
+This is an absolutely exceptional and sometimes sublime hotel. I use the word hotel but it feels more like a home where you are surrounded by beauty, peace and pampered when you wish. The rooms are huge, incredible views and your own onsen to indulge in whenever the moment hits. The Japanese breakfast is a feast and the dinner a special occasion each night. It is listed as French but I would call it French inspired cusine. The staff are all excellent.

“Absolutely incredible - a real treat!”
+Our stay was absolutely brilliant! The rooms and facilities are immaculate, the staff are so professional and helpful and the meals were out of this world ! The exquisite meals were by far the best we have had in Japan and beautifully presented. I would give this establishment 11 out of 10 if I could !

+The best hotel to stay in Hokone , NO QUESTION ABOUT THAT! One of the best in Japan ! The meals were bether than some Michelin Stars restaurants that I went in Kyoto ! “The warm kindness of the manager and staff was truly touching! In just two days, we became friends! The rooms are huge and beautiful. The farm touch of the goats also makes the hotel very special! If you think it’s expensive, I can assure you with complete certainty that they give you back twice what you pay for, because beyond the facilities and service, the restaurant offers a spectacular blend of Eastern and Western cuisine! Another huge advantage is that the hotel provides complimentary rides in a spectacular car to all museums. They also arranged a transfer for us at a great price, bringing us from the station to the hotel (30 minutes), and two days later taking us to the city at the foot of Mount Fuji (45 minutes). They organized everything for us 😍 mIf i go to Japan and don’t stay at COCON, YOU WILL MISS OUT ON A LOT!”
