“This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience at a hotel, would definitely not recommend.”
+Well situated, directly in the city center
−The hygiene left a lot to be desired; in our view the hotel is clearly not deserving of its current cleanliness grade. There were mold residues on the joints in the bathrooms and suspicious white stains on the covers in one of the rooms. When we went to the reception to ask for a change of covers, we were told they could not be swapped that night. The worst however was that when we went back to that same room, we found it was inhabited by a live cockroach. We let the receptionist know, but the only response we could get is that live cockroaches could be found in rooms with balconies. We were given no alternative. We decided to leave the hotel immediately as we were worried about the hygiene and safety issues linked with the presence of cockroaches (the general state of the hotel reflected a lack of care and basic cleanliness). In addition, in the days before we arrived, I received several scam messages from different numbers claiming they were contacting me on behalf of hotel Tetuan. The worrying thing was that these messages all contained my personal check-in info (full name and date of arrival/departure). Not certain where the security breach came from but it made us feel rather

“Okay”
+Location. Reception area
−It was very expensive for the standard of the room and bathroom. I couldn’t get to grips with the air conditioning and so it kept coming on noisily.

“Cute hotel by the center of old town”
+The location being in the old town. However mind you that uber will not go all the way to the hotel, you’ll need to walk a few minutes.
−The shower door doesn’t close properly so after showering, I discovered that I created a lake in the bathroom.

“There are better hotels”
+Location
−Not clean. Bathroom facilities did not work. Shower stall and WC very tight and water from shower cabin would get out to the floor no matter how hard one tried. Sliding doors did not work in toilet. Pillow need to be changed. Not a good stay overall for the price

“Contestible value for money and a bit cheap”
+The location is perfect, right in the middle of town. If the neighbours are shouting or there are people speaking loudly in the street, it can be disturbing, but this is normal and you should bring earplugs if you are staying in the city centre. The bed was comfortable. The room was small and designed for efficiency.
−I didn't like the closet next to the sink or the metal shelves of the closet. One would expect a slightly higher specification for the cost of the room. No tea kettle, cups or spoons or refrigerator in the room which feels stingy and mean. The people who run it are clearly focused on maximising their income to the expense of the visitors comfort.

“Excellent location, stay very basic with ants in room”
+Incredible location!
−- limited facilities eg no fridge, ironing board( iron only provided when asked ) - ants in the room( staff were made aware and offered a free pasty/ coffee at the in-house coffee shop. Which was a nice gesture but not fixing that we did have ants) - mould in the shower
