“One of the best places I stayed in Tokyo”
+I was a little reluctant and worried about an apartment room place to stay but this place was very very clean and spacious. Plus it's at a close distance to the train station which is well connected with most of the big tourist spots in Tokyo. From the small stuff like a firm bed mattress (I personally would like something firmer but still), lots of coat hangers, lots of storage spaces, a good TV. And the big stuff like good choice of eatry places within like 10 mins of walking distance, and for first timers you can pretty much see Tokyo Tower from the streets so that'll be cool for those people. Again, being close to the train station that goes to most Tokyo hot spots in 20 mins, and if you're flying out within Japan Haneda is near by, or the Tokyo Station if you'd want to use the Shinkansen. I usually like trying different places in each visit to Tokyo, but this place was actually so good I'd consider using it constantly if, and when, I go on another Tokyo trip on the right price.
−I wish there's a bit more variations in the amenities. Notibly a shower towel. For the room I used the toilet is a bit small. I'm not the tallest man, if any I'm short, and even for me the toilet space felt a bit tight. It's manageable, but it'd be nicer if the could reno the toilet just to be merged with the bathroom somehow in the future.

“Great stay in Tokyo”
+The location and transport links are honestly unbeatable. Ginza is only two subway stops away, and Haneda Airport can be reached in around 18 minutes , it really couldn’t be more convenient. The room itself was also extremely well equipped, with a fridge and, best of all, a washer-dryer. This was an absolute lifesaver, especially when visiting Tokyo in the summer! Every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I really can’t fault this hotel. Fantastic location, great facilities and lovely staff. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo!

“Small but well thought-out, perfect location , we'll be back”
+This was our second stay at Section L in Hamamatsuchō, three years after the first, and it lived up to the memory. The rooms are compact but very well organised and fully equipped , everything you need is there. The location is perfect: quiet, yet right next to the metro, which made getting around Tokyo effortless. The staff are lovely and very responsive. We booked three rooms and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended, and we'll happily return.

“Great location and great setup for a longer stay in Tokyo!”
+I've lived in Tokyo before, and looked at hotels around Hamamatsucho for their location and lower price compared to more popular tourist areas. Hamamatsucho has excellent access to Metro lines, the Tokyo Monorail that runs direct to Haneda Airport, and the JR Yamanote Line. You can get nearly anywhere in Tokyo in 30 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They walked my sister through the takkyubin process to get her luggage delivered to her next stop. The in-unit laundry was incredibly convenient. It was extremely hot and humid for the duration of my stay so I appreciated being able to was clothes often without having to wait on a communal washing machine.
−There's not a good place to put multiple suitcases - we stayed with two people, each with two suitcases. It would be nice to have a luggage rack or shelves (maybe in the closet?). Also, the bed frame choice was not good. The headboard was very deep, so that there was only about 6" to get past the bed to the small table and chairs. It would be better to have no headboard and more room to walk from the kitchen to the table and chairs. To be clear, these are minor points, and I would not hesitate to stay at Section L Hamamatsucho again.

“Trochu stísněné ubytování ve výborné lokalitě s milými detaily a nemilou cenou.”
+Personál byl vynikající, velmi profesionální. Velmi jsme ocenili i kávu a nápoje, které byly k dispozici zdarma v lobby, stejně jako deštníky. Ubytování je ve velmi klidné oblasti, která se přitom nachází asi pouze dvě ulice od zastávky metra.
−Postel pro dva byla velmi úzká a třebaže pokoj nebyl úplně malý, nedalo se v něm pořádně hnout. Stůl, dvě židle i obtížně použitelná kuchyňská linka bez příborů jsou pro krátký pobyt zbytečné. Koupelna byla jako pro liliputány, umyvadlo těsně nad koleny a zrcadlo na prsou. Záchod je tak malý, že se při sezení opíráte hlavou o dveře. Chápu, že Tokyo je drahé, ale za 25 000 yenů na noc bych si představoval něco komfortnějšího.
