+The owner is extremely unpleasant and controlling. There are cameras monitoring guests’ movements, and when you use the stove, volunteers may suddenly rudely turn off the gas, claiming that it is a fire hazard. In reality, it feels like they simply do not want guests to use the kitchen. When I stayed here again, the owner charged me more than the price I had already booked online. My reservation showed USD 3.83, but at around 9 p.m., he charged me USD 5 instead. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. There was also no reliable hot water for showers. During the several days I stayed here, I did not take a shower because I was afraid of getting sick. The nights were very cold, yet the owner refused to provide an extra blanket. The owner would also suddenly enter the room while cleaning in the morning, playing music loudly through a speaker that he apparently likes, without considering whether guests were sleeping or resting. I found this extremely disrespectful and rude. If you have other options and enough budget, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. Based on my experience, this place made my stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant.

+Close to the center and cheap
−The owner wanted 30% more than advised on Booking! Argue with him! You have to want the price advised on booking without his fees. He has no right to have these fees.
