“The heart of Split”
+Very nice room, phenomenal view, shutters closed cut noise and light for a great sleep. Location is sensational. 4 flights of stairs is great Cardio exercise every day. Internet WiFi security is very strong. Room security is strong On the doorstep to everything.
−Predominately TV German channels. Parking is a challenge, 12-48 euro a day and a 50m to 1km walk depending on how much you are prepared to pay and walk.

“Amazing stay would definitely recommend”
+The property was amazing and the staff who run the property/properties were so helpful. We had a problem when booking which meant we couldn’t stay in this property for the entire time we were in split but the people who run the properties were kind enough to let us stay in a property that was 2 minutes down the street which was equally as nice with a sea view also. Thank you to Deni as he was so helpful the entire time while we were staying there.

“Nice room, but it's several flight of stairs”
+The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. It is close to the shops and restaurants and a grocery store downstairs. I enjoyed my stay. However, Ithere is no elevator and it is about 6 flights of stairs. When we checked in, the host was kind enough to help us carry our luggage, However, my daughter hurt her back carrying her luggage downstairs when we checked out. She had a backpack and a small carry-on with wheels. Unfortunately, you can't wheel the luggage downstairs. There is no front desk. When you check in, somebody meets you downstairs and gives you an orientation of the room. You just check out on your own. If you have someone strong who can carry your luggage, you should be fine. If you don't, this might be an issue for you.
