+Prestatyn is a lovely town, good local amenities, a traditional high street with near full occupancy of shops with predominantly independent retailers. Great base for venturing out further afield or just enjoying the town.
−Tesco and large stores having to close at 16:00 on a Sunday. Utterly ridiculous. The weatwas oppressively hot. Neither of which can be blamed on the location or owners.

+The caravan was beautiful and it was very close to everything that was needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and it was very well equipped. Even a TV in the bunk bedroom. Exceptional.
−The cleaning staff need to do their job. The glasses were cleaner when I left. Fat is splashed all above the cooker, ants were in the kitchen and segul poo was on the I side of the bedroom curtains.

“Ripped off!”
+The windows, mirrors and tv and microwave were.filthy! I had to get my glass cleaner out as.soon as I got there Covered in kids handprints and fingerprints All the cupboard doors were filthy, crumbs in the microwave and cooker. The hood of the fan over the cooker covered in grease and lumps.of food and grease in the fan filters!! Disgusting!!

“Perfect last minute gateaway”
+What's not to like? This is the perfect van for a getaway with the kids and the pooch. There's games in the cupboards for the little ones, there's WiFi to keep the teens happy and there's a little garden with a gate to lock the husband and the dog away.
−The only downside was nothing to do with the van or the owners so it's not really fair to say but the sun shone for far too long 😂

+Nice spacious van nice & airy, 2 loo's 1 with large shower.Very comfy beds. Nice sized TV and plenty of comfy seating. Everything you need for your stay, very close to the beach and 10 minute's walk to Prestatyn Town centre and railway station. Enclosed patio area if you have a dog, also with table & chairs. Would I stay again.. Yes. Thank you Scott and Toni.

“Lovely location”
+The caravans livingroom is very comfy with very nice furniture. I really enjoyed the outside sitting area as well.
−We came there when it went dark, it was nearly impossible to find our caravan and in the reception there were no staff to help us. Another thing, they mentioned that there is 4 single beds and 1 double, 1 sofa bed, but there were 2 double beds and we brought single bedsheets and duvet covers, so it's a wrong information.
