“Misleading room names”
+The property was clean and the location was convenient
−It qas disappointing that we were sold a 'Sea View' room that did not have a proper sea view. The beds were not comfortable either.

“Clean and tidy budget accommodation”
+Simple easy access and a nice large kitchen for those who want to self cater. The kettle in my room was broken, but I let them know and they replaced it the same day so that was great.
−My bed was unbelievably soft and the mattress felt very old which gave me a sore back after a few days. It is budget accommodation so I don’t expect a 5 star hotel bed, but the mattress in room 6 needs replacing.

“Amazing apartment”
+Loved everything , the design, size of the room, how comfortable the bed was, location, clean, really nice place
−Nothing that I disliked. If I really wanna be peaky, I would say the soap liquids, we have been in similar structures with proper shower gel and shampoo

“A quiet, relaxing stay ( shame about the weather) 👍😊”
+I happen to be a regular. The location is spot on, for the promenade and the town centre. The railway station is a brisk 25 minute walk. The room /property is always clean/tidy

“Quiet well equipped self catering accommodation, Overlooked sea which was so peaceful.”
+The accommodation was close to town and easy to find. Communication was good via online only. The apartments was via digilock only and no reception or face to face meetings with staff. The room was very tidy with a lovely view of the sea! It was quiet and well heated. I was very comfortable
−Nothing N/A

“Good location and comfortable room.”
+Good location but we had a small room lovely shared space and spotlessly clean.
−The shower would not work properly and attempts to ask for help to fix it went unanswered
