“AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, Misleading listing, a surprise charge, and no accountability.”
−The listing explicitly advertised a PRIVATE kitchen. In reality, the kitchen was shared with FOUR OTHER ROOMS. A shared kitchen is a completely different arrangement, and we would not have booked this property had it been described honestly. We also told the owner before arrival that we would arrive late. He assured us this would not be a problem, then charged us an additional late-arrival payment when we arrived. That charge had never been disclosed to us. We raised the kitchen issue as soon as we entered. The owner brushed us off, so we contacted Booking.com and wishing to leave right away. Booking.com told us to wait 24-48 hours while it contacted the property and awaited a response. We stayed two nights while following those instructions and pursuing a resolution. Booking.com later told us the property had decided to take no give us the refund. Other reviews have mentioned similar concerns, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Guests should be able to trust a clear description of what they are paying for and expect a serious response when something is wrong. Cleanliness was also a huge concern. +Отель буквально в 10 метрах от пляжа. Но пляжная линия занята кафе, которые предоставляют шезлонги при условии заказа. Мы ходили на общественный пляж, который находится сразу возле мечети, 2 минуты пешком от отеля. На нем много шезлонгов и есть зонтики, душ и каюинки для переодевания. Пляж песочный, вода была чуть прохладная, но прозрачная и с множеством рыб, плавающих близко к берегу. Номер небольшой, но удобный. Роскошный вид на море! Маленький диван сломан, но мы разложили его, и использовали без проблем. Можно готовить, стирать. Есть посуда. Общая зона конечно не слишком чистая. Кондиционер работает. Есть крыша, где можно сидеть и любоваться на море. Хозяин позволил выехать попозже и даже довез наш чемодан до остановки. В шаговой доступности дешевые супермаркеты Sok, A101. Migros jet чуть дальше, но там можно купить готовую еду, что в разы дешевле, чем в кафе, а на вкус прекрасно.
−Пришлось около часа ждать заезда в номер, так как он был не готов. Заехали в 18:00. Номер на 2 этаже. Окна шикарные, витражные, но можно глазами встретиться с людьми на улице))) в кафе допоздна играет музыка. Сложно было найти отель. Он между кафе Almera и Kalamata. Синяя дверь рядом с лавкой сувениров, за прилавком с мороженым. Мечеть очень рядом и 5 раз в день звучит молитва.

+Больше всего понравился вид с комнаты. Смотрит прямо на море. Расположение великолепное, если вы хотите пляжный отдых. До пляжа с этого отеля 3 шага. Отличное место
