+Good location, nice staff. Spacious room.
−No kitchen even though we paid for a room with “full” kitchen, o my fridge and microwave. Everything else was as expected and okey.

“Would definitely stay here again”
+It was very close to dining and the water and where we wanted to be
−I wasn’t aware before that checking in late you had to call and get instructions how to get in your room. But it went smoothly. So all good

“Do not stay here”
+Close to North Shore Beach in Ogunquit and Route 1 where other shops/restaurants are located. Bed/sheets/towels were clean and comfortable.
−Never saw or met the owners, check in done via phone. Never saw anyone working on the property (i.e. pool closed and had lots of leaves in it, no maintenance work done that I saw while I was there and they needed it. Old rugs, old furniture outside of motel room. Not comfy place to hang out and read, etc. Very run down. Rooms old, rusted sink, need entire re-vamp. Carbon monoxide detector not working, dead battery. Door didn't securely close. Had to play with dead bolt to get it to work. Could see outside light around the door. No security or safe feeling.
