“Supreme”
+With just 2 min walk you are next to the center. I love the huge space of the shower. The house is equipped with anything you can imagine. It has a private parking, which is vital in Catania !! The owner is very friendly and reliable!! She has amazing personality ❤️ I thank her for the first day that she was patiently waiting for us. Everything was very comfortable. If we ever go back to Catania, we will definitely choose this place over any other!!

“incredible hosts with a cozy place not far from everything in catania”
+Location was fantastic, host was beyond kind and even helped carry our suitcases upstairs when we insisted we were fine. House was comfortable with tons of places to sit in the living room and kitchen. Very spacious living room and great size upstairs for all your suitcases and travel belongings. Though there isn't a air conditioner upstairs it gets plenty cold in the house with the bottom one on as there is a fan mounted through the floor giving plenty of cold air to the bedroom. The hosts were incredible, we had trouble entering the home with our key and they called a lock smith within that hour and had it all solved.
−the kitchen space was quiet small with little to no counter space, had to prepare food on the dining table. We were only given 1 trash bag for a 6 night stay.

“Very clean and well located.”
+Due to its central location, restaurants and attractions are within a 3-5 minute walk. The host responded quickly to our requests and questions. The accommodation corresponds to the pictures on Booking.com, it is clean and tidy. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen, which was very useful in the Sicilian heat, as was the air conditioning. I think the accommodation was a good choice, next time I visit Catania, I would choose this again.
−The bed downstairs is creaky, not very comfortable, the middle is sunken, still adequate for a short stay, but not very relaxing for a week. Personally, I missed a microwave.

+Perfect location, expecially for those who needs to park too. The owner was very kind and helpful. She helped me giving the iron and doing a late check-out. Very kind of her. The apartmet was very spacious and you have everything you need.
−It woud have been better to have been another AC upstairs, where the bed is.

+I liked the clean property quiet area . Central bars and restaurants just round the corner. Staff professional and always ready to help. And I liked the advantage of the option to have a secure parking space.

−הדירות שלנו היו עם שני מפלסים (יש גרם מדרגות) אז לקחת בחשבון (אם רוצים לקום באמצע הלילה לשירותים). שירות בסיסי של שמירת מזוודות אחרי צ'ק אאוט היה בתשלום נוסף. לא ממליץ להגיע לאזור הזה עם רכב, כבישים צרים מאוד והמון פקקים.

“Sécurité et équipement à revoir”
+La proximité du centre-ville. Le parking intérieur est très pratique, les voitures sont en sécurité et à proximité immédiate.
−Literie pas confortable . Sur l’annonce, ils marquent deux salles de bain, il n’y en avait qu’une seule. Manque d’équipements basiques dans la cuisine (pas de micro-ondes, pas d’huile pour la cuisson, un four mais pas de plat adapté). Plan de travail de salle de bain où est posée la vasque qui est incliné et ne semble pas bien tenir. La climatisation n’étant installé qu’au niveau inférieur et non dans la mezzanine ils ont fait un trou dans le sol et y ont fixé un ventilateur, je trouve ça assez dangereux car un enfant peut le toucher et se blesser ou même vouloir marcher dessus et passer à travers le plancher (ils n’est « protégé » que par une table de nuit non pleine en métal) . Sans compter le fait que c’est du bricolage et qu’il est impossible de l’arrêter si la Clim tourne au niveau de l’électricité je ne suis pas sûre que ça soit safe. Et sans oublier que du coup si vous voulez dormir avec la Clim vous avez le bruit du ventilateur toute la nuit. Il y a plusieurs vis de parquets qui dépassent dans la chambre de la mezzanine, certaines plus que d’autres au point que quand on marche on s’entrave facilement sur certains
